Located throughout the facility, Chair A is used by staff and residents alike in the Chapel, in Dining Areas, Residents' Rooms, and more!

145 beds can be found at the Wing Kei Crescent Heights - one for each resident!

Residents living in private rooms are able to personalize the space to their own tastes; allow for privacy and quiet while ensuring the resident remains part of a community.

Located throughout the facility, Chair B is used by staff and residents alike in the Chapel, in Dining Areas, Residents' Rooms, and more!

Semi-private rooms allow seniors to enjoy companionship during their residency at Wing Kei, including company with family members, spouses, or friends!

TVs are located throughout Wing Kei Crescent Heights including the Chapel, on each floor, the Elevator Lobby, and at the Reception Desk.

Frequently used in spring and summer by residents, benches can be found in both gardens at Crescent Heights.

The balcony provides a secure outdoor space for residents to take short walks, or just to relax and enjoy some fresh air.

Each Tub Room allows staff to assist residents with cognitive and mobility limitations while ensuring they receive the highest standard of care in a sterile, safe, and secure environment.

Wing Kei meals are delivered from the Main Kitchen to each floor and distributed through the servery to each resident to enjoy their food together.

The Medication Room located on each floor allows Care Team to organize medical supplies for residents. 

A wheelchair scale is a weighing scale large enough to accommodate a resident on a wheelchair with the easiest and safest weighing solution to eliminate any risk of failing.

Each unit is equipped with a Staff Room for the Care Team to store their belongings and take a break.

Located on each unit of the Care Centre, the Nurse’s Office is one of the first stops for the Care Team when they arrive to the unit to coordinate and administer care services to the residents.

Residents gather in the dining areas to enjoy meals together or with their family members. Staff and volunteers can also be found nearby to help feed residents or ensure that all dietary restrictions are being met.

Each Therapeutic Tub allows staff to assist residents with cognitive and mobility limitations while ensuring they receive the highest standard of care in a sterile, safe, and secure environment.

Parallel bars on each floor offer residents a safe way to work on exercises, gait training, and balance.

Located below the facility, the Parkade provides a secure location for staff and family members to leave their vehicles while they tend to or visit the residents.

Each piece of exercise equipment is used to help keep residents happy, active, and energetic.

The facility laundry not only takes care of resident's personal clothing but also ensures bed sheets, table cloths, and all other linens are properly treated before use. 

The East Side Orchard provides a secure outdoor space for residents to take short walks, garden, or just to relax and enjoy some fresh air.
