Under the direction of the Supervisor, this position is accountable for the organization, preparation and delivery of food and supplies for meal service to residents. This includes providing a customer focused approach to food service delivery that is timely, safe, efficient, and cost effective.
The successful applicant must be able to read and interpret instructions in English. The ability to work independently and in a team environment is also required. Previous experience in Cantonese cooking and meal preparation for over 100 people would be a definite asset.
