Under the supervision of Director of Finance and Hospitality, the Special Project Coordinator will be responsible for implementing assigned special projects and programs of Wing Kei and providing higher level of administrative support in day-to-day operation of the organization.


Key Accountabilities

• Demonstrate, promote and advocate the Wing Kei vision, mission and core values
• Assist in developing, maintaining, planning, directing and administering the assigned special projects and programs of Wing Kei in compliance with relevant government legislations and standards, with due consideration of the resources available
• Establish and maintain educational/training programs in relation to the assigned projects
• Ensure day-to-day function of specialty teams are carried out in accordance of operational needs; duties might include but not limited to: assisting in planning of business processes, communication with multidisciplinary team, scheduling, sourcing, contacting vendors etc.
• Ensure policies are up-to-date in accordance with best practices used in the industry and provide support in ensuring a safe and healthy environment is maintained


• Is aligned with a culture where people and integrity matters
• Thrives in a growing organization, remaining positive in attitude through temporary challenges
• Has a Bachelor's degree from accredited university
• 1-3 years of work experience in a supervisory role
• Demonstrates the ability to exhibit consistent sound judgment, identify potential and existing problems and create effective solutions to address them following appropriate analysis
• Is eager to grow and learn, willing to be flexible with pace of work
• Finds it easy to enjoy a variety of tasks, is self-motivated and disciplined to meet deadlines
• Has a proven track record of collaboration and teamwork, experience working with interdepartmental teams or contributing to Special projects would be an asset
• Proven effective communication skills including business writing
• Intermediate level of computer knowledge including use of Microsoft Words, Excels and PowerPoint etc
